The company operates facilities in the Mid-Atlantic and West Coast of the US, and in Ontario and British Columbia, Canada. They have a management team with deep experience in composting, renewable energy, supply chain management, engineering, law and finance. Over the years the company has become a destination employer for more than 450 people in the US and Canada. The enterprise has grown rapidly since its founding in 2008 and has garnered awards for its business of energy generation and soil revitalization.

The company has an immediate need for a Fertilizer Business Development Manager who will call on agricultural businesses selling the fertilizer that is a product of the company's energy creation process. This individual will also be responsible for purchasing and logistics of products not produced by but marketed by the company.



Ideal candidates would have the majority of the following qualifications and experience:


  • At least a Bachelors Degree in business, economics, marketing, or agronomy (MBA preferred)
  • Five or years outside sales experience calling on agricultural interests
  • Experience with fertilizer, grain, or similar product sold to farmers
  • Some knowledge of purchasing and distribution of those products
  • Should have a reasonably stable work history
  • Computer literate with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Should be able to pass a background check and drug screen
